Shipping Policy

🚚 Shipping & Returns Policy – openboxdeals.co.za

1. Shipping

  • We deliver nationwide across South Africa via the courier guy or other reliable couriers.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days after order processing.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be provided via email/WhatsApp.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, weather, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

2. Collections

  • Customers may opt to collect from our warehouse at:
    📍 4 Jasper van der Westhuizen Street, Potchefstroom

  • Collection must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of open-box sales:

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

  • All items are sold voetstoots (as-is), with no guarantees.

  • The only exception is:

    1. If you received the wrong item (not matching your order)

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@openboxdeals.co.za. We may request photos of the item before arranging a resolution.

4. Damaged Parcels in Transit

  • All parcels are checked and packed securely before dispatch.

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you must notify the courier upon receipt and contact us immediately.

  • Courier liability rules will apply. We do not accept liability for damages by the courier.
